This Cookie Policy explains how LeadShark uses cookies and similar technologies on the public pages at leadshark.io. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Other LeadShark services, including the application on a different domain or subdomain, may use additional technologies and should have their own applicable disclosures.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags that can recognize a browser or measure activity. Some are set by LeadShark's website; others are provided by services we use. A cookie may last only for your browsing session or remain until it expires or you delete it.

How we use them

On leadshark.io we use:

• PostHog (product analytics): measures page views and how visitors use the site. Profiles are only created for people who sign in to LeadShark.
• Google Analytics 4 (analytics) and Google Ads (conversion measurement): loaded only after you click Accept in Cookie Settings.
• Strictly necessary storage: we remember your Cookie Settings choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

These services may use cookies or other browser technologies depending on their configuration and your choices. Google Tag Manager can also load other tags; the services listed above are the ones the site loads today. Individual cookie names, providers, purposes and expiry periods should be kept in the site's cookie settings or a current cookie inventory as the configuration changes.

Your choices

You can open Cookie Settings on our landing page to review or change your preferences. Where consent is required, we ask for it before using optional analytics, advertising or affiliate tracking technologies. You can decline those categories and still browse the public site. You can withdraw consent later through Cookie Settings; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may remove your saved choice and cause the site to ask again. Browser controls do not necessarily stop other technologies, so use Cookie Settings for site preferences. You may also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.

Third parties and personal data

The providers named above may process information such as a device or browser identifier, IP address, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the site. Their processing and any international transfers are described further in our Privacy Policy and their own privacy notices. A link from LeadShark to another website is governed by that website's own cookie practices.
