Reachium vs LeadShark: LinkedIn Lead Magnets, MCP and Price

Updated Nov 2, 2026

Reachium vs LeadShark: an all-in-one outbound suite vs a focused comment-to-DM tool with MCP for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Price, agents and safety.

The 30-second answer

Reachium and LeadShark both turn LinkedIn comments into DMs. That's most of the overlap.

Reachium is an all-in-one suite: cold outbound campaigns, AI-written posts, a unified inbox, a built-in CRM and booking prompts, priced at $99 per LinkedIn account a month.

LeadShark does one job and does it hard: everyone who comments on your post gets a public reply and your lead magnet in their DMs, connected or not, in under 10 minutes on average. Then your AI agent can run the whole thing for you through MCP in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and your leads flow into the CRM you already use. From $39 a month.

Pick Reachium if you want outbound, content, inbox and CRM under one login. Pick LeadShark if your posts pull comments and you want a focused, cheaper, AI-agent-native tool that plugs into your stack instead of replacing it.

I'm Ruz and I built LeadShark, so keep that in mind. Reachium's facts below come from its own comparison, pricing and MCP pages as of Nov 2, 2026.

The big differences

What Reachium's page leaves out

Reachium's LeadShark review lists LeadShark at three plans "verified June 2026" and skips the parts of LeadShark built since. Here's what's live today:

  • MCP for your AI agent. Pro+ ($59) includes the Automation + Discover MCP with 31 tools. Apex ($119) includes the full Apex MCP with 51 tools, so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can find lead magnets, automate posts, work your leads and act as you on LinkedIn.
  • The REST API on every paid plan, with Pages, links, captured leads and Discover on Pro+, and Signals, search, visitors and followers on Apex.
  • Lead Magnet Radar, our Discover feed of top lead magnet posts: 100 posts on Pro, full radar and search on Pro+ and Apex.
  • Signals, heat-scored hot leads, on every plan.
  • Leadbox, an inbox built around your leads with AI drafts in your voice, on every plan.
  • LeadShark Teams for agencies, from $30 per account a month.

Apex is $119 a month, not $99. Email-gated pages start on Pro, with 1 page, and go to 100 on Pro+ and unlimited on Apex. LeadShark also runs X lead magnet automations: 1 on Pro+ and up to 20 on Apex.

Focused tool vs suite

Reachium bundles outbound, content, inbox and CRM into one subscription. That's a real benefit if you want all of it.

LeadShark is built around the moment someone comments on your post. Keyword triggers (several per automation) or every comment, a public reply, the DM with your link, auto-connect with commenters you aren't connected to, follow-ups to people who didn't reply, and you can automate a post before it goes live. No comment goes unanswered. That's the job most creators and founders actually need done every day, and it's what we've refined across 3M comments and 27K+ automations since Sept 2024.

Price for one account, and for a team

Reachium is $99 per LinkedIn account a month for 1 to 9 accounts, or $79 a month billed annually. The rate drops to $79 at 10 accounts, $65 at 50 and $50 at 100, and each account includes 500 AI credits a month, with extra packs from $5. Rented pre-warmed accounts cost $150 a month plus a seat.

LeadShark starts at $39 a month. Pro+ with MCP is $59 and Apex is $119, with 2 months free on yearly billing. With LeadShark Teams, 3 or more accounts go on one bill at $30 per Pro account, $50 per Pro+ account and $100 per Apex account a month, in any mix. A 10-account team on Pro+ is $500 a month, with MCP on every account.

Your AI agent runs it

Both tools ship an MCP server, so here's the honest difference. Reachium's MCP has 76 tools across outbound, content and inbox, and its own page says the ChatGPT connector is limited to pilot workspaces.

LeadShark's MCP works in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor today, starts on the $59 Pro+ plan and is built around inbound: find the lead magnets working in your niche, automate your next post and work the leads your lead magnets captured. On Apex your agent also gets your Signals and can search, comment, react, connect, DM and InMail as you, with draft, queue or live approval modes, so in draft or queue mode nothing goes out until you approve it. Pro+ and Apex both include an action log and an Emergency Stop.

Your CRM, not another one

Reachium keeps contacts in its own network CRM. If that's where you want to live, it's a fair pick.

Most teams already have a CRM or a newsletter. LeadShark sends leads to it: webhooks for new comments, captured emails and sent leads on every plan, Kit and Beehiiv sync, CSV and Google Sheets export, and the REST API. Every captured lead carries ICP fit labels and an activity timeline, so the right ones stand out before they reach your pipeline.

How each tool connects to LinkedIn

Reachium's comparison page says it runs on "the cloud LinkedIn API" while LeadShark uses a cookie-based extension. Here are the facts.

LeadShark never asks for your LinkedIn password. You connect once with LeadShark Connect, our Chrome extension, while you're logged in to LinkedIn. It's a passive extension: it does a one-time pass of your LinkedIn session cookies to LeadShark and does nothing else. It never reads or stores your password, it doesn't click around or drive your browser, and you don't need it again. From then on LeadShark runs fully in the cloud, with your laptop closed. Without an extension, the way a cloud tool connects your LinkedIn is to ask for your LinkedIn email and password. Reachium's own setup guide says it plainly: "keep Credentials selected. Enter the Email and Password of the LinkedIn account." Your LinkedIn password, handed to a third-party tool. With LeadShark you never hand it over.

No comment-to-DM tool runs on LinkedIn's official API, because LinkedIn doesn't offer one for this. Reading comments on a member's posts needs the r_member_social permission, and LinkedIn's Marketing API FAQ says "r_member_social is a closed permission, and we're not accepting access requests this time due to resource constraints." LinkedIn's Messages API is restricted to approved partners and excludes automated or scheduled sends. Reachium's own MCP page admits it: "nobody in either camp has official LinkedIn API access", and it reaches LinkedIn through a third-party provider that is not a LinkedIn partner and works through your own account session.

So the useful questions are who you message and how fast. LeadShark messages people who commented on your post, inside a daily limit you set from 0 to 250 DMs (150 recommended max), with warm-up mode, off-hours, human pacing and safety cooldowns learned from 10M+ real LinkedIn actions. LeadShark isn't affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and neither is Reachium; both say so on their sites. No tool can promise LinkedIn won't restrict an account, so start conservative and ramp up. More in is LinkedIn comment to DM safe.

Agencies

Reachium prices every LinkedIn account the same way: $99 a month for 1 to 9 accounts, then $79 from 10, $65 from 50 and $50 from 100, with the whole bill moving to the new rate. On annual billing that's $79, $63, $52 and $40.

LeadShark gives agencies two ways in.

APEX+ at $186 a month is our packaged agency bundle. It is 3 LinkedIn accounts, 1 on Apex and 2 on Pro+, locked together for $186 instead of $200 on Teams pricing. That works out to $62 an account, with the full Apex MCP on one account and the Automation + Discover MCP on the other two.

LeadShark Teams goes beyond the bundle with per-account pricing: 3 or more LinkedIn accounts on one bill, in any mix, at $30 per Pro account, $50 per Pro+ account and $100 per Apex account a month. Invite your team or clients by email, and run every opted-in account from one MCP connection. For example, 1 Apex + 2 Pro is $160 a month.

Here's the per-account math, monthly billing:

Accounts Reachium Teams on Pro Teams on Pro+ (with MCP) Teams on Apex
3 $297 $90 $150 $300
10 $790 $300 $500 $1,000
50 $3,250 $1,500 $2,500 $5,000
100 $5,000 $3,000 $5,000 $10,000

Teams on Pro costs less than Reachium at every size. Teams on Pro+, with the Automation + Discover MCP on every account, costs less up to 99 accounts and matches Reachium's $50 rate at 100. Apex is the premium account: at $100 an account it costs more than Reachium's per-account rate, and it adds the full Apex MCP, unlimited automations and DMs to commenters you aren't connected to. Reachium's annual rates are lower than its monthly ones; at 100+ accounts on annual billing ($40) it undercuts Teams on Pro+.

Reachium's tiers suit outbound agencies running dozens of sender accounts on cold campaigns. If your clients post and you sell the content and the leads it pulls in, LeadShark is the sharper tool for less.

When Reachium is the better pick

  • You want cold outbound campaigns with follow-ups and A/B tests from the same tool.
  • You want a built-in CRM and a unified multi-account inbox instead of sending leads to your own.
  • You want AI to write your posts inside the product, plus meeting detection and booking prompts.
  • You want rented sending accounts or a done-for-you managed service.

That's a real use case, and Reachium is built for it. LeadShark isn't trying to be a full outbound suite.

FAQ

Is LeadShark a Reachium alternative?

Yes, if your LinkedIn pipeline runs on posts and comments. LeadShark answers every commenter, delivers your lead magnet by DM in under 10 minutes on average, captures emails on gated pages and lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor run all of it through MCP, from $39 a month. If you need cold outbound campaigns, a built-in CRM and booking in one tool, Reachium covers more of that.

Is Reachium cheaper than LeadShark?

No. Reachium is $99 per LinkedIn account a month, or $79 on annual billing, dropping to $79 at 10 accounts, $65 at 50 and $50 at 100. LeadShark starts at $39 a month, Pro+ with MCP is $59, and LeadShark Teams runs 3 or more accounts from $30 per account a month.

Does Reachium or LeadShark use the official LinkedIn API?

Not for comments and DMs, and no tool can today. Reading comments on a member's posts needs r_member_social, which LinkedIn calls a closed permission it is not accepting requests for, and LinkedIn's Messages API is restricted to approved partners and excludes automated sends. Reachium's own MCP page says nobody in either camp has official LinkedIn API access, and that it works through your own account session. LeadShark tells you exactly how it connects: a one-time connect with your LinkedIn session, never your password.

How does LeadShark connect to my LinkedIn account?

Once, with LeadShark Connect, our Chrome extension, while you're logged in to LinkedIn. It's passive: it does a one-time pass of your LinkedIn session cookies and nothing else. LeadShark never asks for your LinkedIn password, the extension doesn't drive your browser, and after that LeadShark runs fully in the cloud.

Does LeadShark work with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor?

Yes. Pro+ includes the Automation + Discover MCP with 31 tools and Apex includes the full Apex MCP with 51 tools. In Claude.ai or ChatGPT you add it as a custom connector and sign in with LeadShark, with nothing to install, and Cursor connects too. Every paid plan also gets the REST API.

Which is better for agencies?

Agencies running cold outbound for clients get more from Reachium's campaigns and CRM. Content, ghostwriting and personal-brand agencies whose clients post lead magnets get more from LeadShark: APEX+ is our packaged agency bundle at $186 a month, and LeadShark Teams puts 3 or more accounts on one bill in any mix of Pro, Pro+ and Apex, from $30 per account a month, with every opted-in account run from one MCP connection.
